Senoia is a city in Coweta County, Georgia, and is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Situated just 35 minutes from Atlanta, the city is bordered by Peachtree City to the north.

Another suggests that the name came from “Shenoywa,” a Native American title for McIntosh.
Today, the city has gained immense popularity thanks to the TV series The Walking Dead, which used it as a filming location.
