Independent airline JSX has announced new international flights to the Mexican resort of Cabo San Lucas that will launch in December.

The Dallas-based aviation company, which launched in 2016, claims to be ‘the world’s only 5-star hop-on jet service,’ offering commercial tickets on small, 30-seat jets, giving passengers the experience of flying on a ‘private jet’ without having to fork out thousands of dollars for a charter flight.

The semi-private air travel experience JSX offers includes a streamlined boarding process with no lines, planeside baggage retrieval, and speedy customs.

The new routes, set to begin in the middle of December, will connect Dallas and Los Angeles to Cabo San Lucas, an exclusive resort city at the southern tip of Baja California in Mexico.

From December 15, three weekly flights will launch from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Cabo San Lucas International Airport (CSL), operating on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Likewise, flights between Dallas Love Field (DAL) and CSL will also operate three times per week, on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and are set to start on December 16. This route will be the only regular international service in and out of Dallas Love Field.
