Magellan Jets owners of Worcester open terminal at LG Hanscom airport

Joshua Marc Hebert says the key to a successful business lies in the relationships built with people.
For him and his private jet industry partners Anthony Tivnan and Gregory Belezerian, those relationships started in Worcester.
The trio are owners of Magellan Jets, a private jet travel company which they founded in 2008, brokering private jet travel from and to Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and other locations in the northeast.
On Friday, after reaching their 15th year of business, they are opening the doors to a 1-gate terminal at Laurence G. Hanscom Field in Bedford.
Worcester beginnings
When they shake hands to congratulate each other, the three of them say that it will be the fruit of a relationship that began in Worcester.
“We’re in the business of helping people,” said Belezerian. “We figured out a way to help the most important people in the world.”
Hebert, 48, and Tivnan, 42, are cousins who grew up a few minutes from each other – Hebert at Tatnuck Square and Tivnan in the College Hill area.
On the same street as Hebert was Belezerian, who attended Doherty Memorial High School and is now 44 years old.
Hebert left Worcester after attending Doherty Memorial High School in the early 1990s to get a degree in finance at New York University. Thereafter, he started to make his way up in New York City’s most demanding playfields in finance learning the trade of a stockbroker.
