The Prince of Wales refused to confirm he’s backing fellow royal Mike Tindall to win I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here when asked about the show on a solo visit.
Prince William was asked whether he wanted Tindall – who is married to his cousin Zara – to win the competition when he arrived at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire on Friday.
The future king is thought to have a friendship with another contestant – England Lioness Jill Scott – and so opted for a more diplomatic answer.
Corporal Rachael Howes asked William who he wanted to win, saying: ‘I asked him who he wanted to win, Lioness Jill Scott or his relative Mike Tindall.’
She said the Prince of Wales smiled at the question, and replied: ‘That’s a tricky one.’
